1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of shopoutletpremium.com, operated by ShopOutlet Premium, 79 Poplar Station Cir NW, Concord, NC 28027, United States. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

3. Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the amounts stated at checkout. Product descriptions, images, prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display colours accurately, but screens vary.

Where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, subject to applicable law.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where an error is identified, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our systems. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

6. Shipping and returns

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, not to interfere with its operation, and not to reproduce our content commercially without permission.

8. Intellectual property

Original site content is owned by or licensed to ShopOutlet Premium. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory local law in their country of residence.
