Prices and currency
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The total payable, including any applicable taxes and the shipping cost, is shown in full before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges added after checkout.
Reference prices and discounts
Where a product shows a struck-through price alongside a current price, the struck-through figure is the reference price for that item at this store. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is displayed and cannot be applied retroactively to earlier orders.
Placing an order
By submitting an order you authorise payment for the items selected and confirm that the delivery details you entered are accurate. Orders are subject to availability and to our acceptance, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Taxes and duties
Any sales tax applicable to your destination is calculated and shown at checkout. For international orders, import duties and customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us.
Payment methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not retain full card details.
Delivery and returns
Shipping is free to all destinations offered at checkout, with an estimated delivery of 8 to 14 business days. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email shoppcozyhome@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can normally amend an order that has not yet been dispatched.
