Shipping Information

Free shipping on every order

Every ShopOutlet Premium order ships free, to every destination available at checkout. No minimum spend, no handling fee. The shipping cost shown at checkout is final.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8 to 14 business days from order confirmation, including processing and transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking your order

We email tracking details as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. If nothing has moved after 5 business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Orders with several items

Items may ship in more than one parcel at no extra cost. You will receive a tracking number for each one.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes and customs charges set by your destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout.

Something went wrong?

If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will replace or refund the order.
