30 days to change your mind
You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Email us with your order number and the item you want to return, and we will send you the return instructions and address.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number, the item, and the reason.
- Wait for our reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item in its original condition and send it back.
- Once it arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please do not send anything back before we reply. Unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Try footwear on indoors, on a clean surface, and return it in its box — the box is part of the product, so please do not tape a label directly to it.
Faulty or wrong item
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph. We cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and order the new size straight away, so you do not lose your size while the parcel is in transit.
